I'm expecting a tax refund...

... of £325 on top of my £270 paycheck next month. Now what i want to know is how would you waste this money if you had it?

And what your experiece is like getting hold of it in the UK? because right now i don't want to be paying £50 imports on aftermarket parts to 5 different companies.

My list of immense stuff to buy is currently:
- Brass Knucks. (I'm definately buying Knucks Straight away).
- Eagle Fullcore 110mms (I need to know where to get these from).
- Proto 110mms (mainly so i can compare them with eagles)
- A new deck(Pre-reinforced). This is the one i need the most help on, i'm assuming most people will say get a pro-model but the problem is finding just the deck pre-reinforced or just the deck and the re-inforcements. And i'm probably going to get a sprite at the same time (possibly a french ID aswell).
- Madd Brake (if Nick Brah[i think that's the username]) is still up for selling them.
- Foreman Bars (if he's back selling them by then [rob if you're around gimme some input =D]).

Then some little stuff like longnecks and griptape.

I already have Inward bars and forks on the way and i already have a stock XT (snapped FFS) with Bones Swiss on it. Oh and i already have an FSA Pig pro dh (might get an S3?).

So my questions are:
Wheres the best place (most-legit/easiest to get shipped to the uk) to get certain stuff from? (i really need this input because i've found it so difficult to get stuff here)
And what do you think of the list? Is there anything you'd say dont bother with? or anything that you'd think of something better for? Or anything you think i should add and review? (that one will probably be helpful for some).

Sorry quite a long thread (sounds like i'm bragging, i'm not i'm just looking to make a SOTM worthy set-up) haha... And when there's money to waste i think i should properly waste it.

Thanks to anyone that helps.

Notice i'm considering both Razor and Micro decks so don't hate micro for the fun of it. i've heard it all before and am coming round to your points of view.

And please don't lock because i'd really love this input (given that searching hasn't helped immensely with actually finding out where to get stuff from in the UK).

and my answer is way wate your money on stuff that you wont be able to use becuase your gonna have like 15 set ups and you wont no which one tocoose from

Nope, 1 setup, loads of spares to flog if i don't like them. (ride the best stuff). also be helping out some UK boys by selling almost new stuff very cheap (price of delivery and a tiny percentage of the RRP). I just want to end up with a set up that i like to ride, that wont leave me screwed if stuff breaks (like i am now).

Anyway waste of money: yes but worth it for the non-biased opinion of parts and a beautiful set up.

So again i ask, what's peoples opinions on getting these parts?

Edit: Oh and i'm just doing what most do with birthday money/saved money but in one go(/one paycheck) rather than having to wait and ruin a load of wheels/bearings/grips/tape while i'm at it. It's nice to have a job in this sport cus stuff doesn't cost much.

Cheers for the input harris =].
Never really thought about a one piece deck, just kept with the commercial junk.

And i kind of glazed over JDBug because i haven't heard alot from them since i've been back. Still, things to consider =]..
Oh and i hadn't thought of using my own re-inforcements either. haha you have got me thinking now.

Thanks a bunch,
anyone else?

it seems silly to buy a load of random stuff from everywhere to see which is best
you could just ask people and save a bunch of money

Right, by a Jdbug.
Then By box section at your local metal shop. Cut the box section so it fits your deck and drill holes in your deck and reinforcements etc. Buy Bolts and Bolt it through.
Then Buy either Micro/Proto/Eagle Metal cores. Or a few if you break them.
Then when Sr forks come back in stock Buy them, Then Brass knuckles for the compression system.
Then buy One peice bars from anyone on here really. If you dont mind the weight of wees(never rode them, just heard theyre heavyish) Buy them. If you just want wide bars then just get a metal rod that will fit in either bmx seatposts or scooter bars.
Then buy bmx grips or a decent set of foams from any scooter site if you like them better.
Of course, full grip from the local skate shop or ebay.
Umm I dunno if I missed anything out?
Even though I no you like micro I still wouldnt reccomend wasting money on them, they will break!

naaa fuck it buy something worth while man not spend the whole shit on pointless scooter crap when u can jst get a fairly decent scoot 4 like £100

scooters arent worth spending money on
go get yourself some new clothes n you mite get a girlfreind n then you can impress her with your cool scooter tricks :)

hah nice one max but i would never use scooters to impress a girl, that's stupid. Same with my bike. I'm buyin new clothes, A new wheelset for my bike. But after that i'd rather make an immense set up. Oh a decent airbrush too.

Anyway, it's not going to be useless scooter crap because it will all end up as either my set up or spares for when stuff breaks(because stuff always breaks).

thanks for the input Ozzy, but my Inward bars and forks came today so i'm not bothered about new bars or forks.

Oh and the reason i'm buying different types of junk is because different wheels are better for different styles of riding. And i'd rather work out what i like for myself than read (very) biased reviews.

Anyway cheers, but i really need to work out where to get this junk from.
