yeah i guess its good you get an ultra pro, but get threadless forks/headset because theyre better quality than what comes with the ultra pro

just customize it to parts that suit you, i'm 5 foot whatever the hell and i ride 21" tall bars

yeah i live in westlake so pretty close but defineately if you want waist level id say 23 24 high and like 21 wide

it doesnt mean wide ok the 2 most common sizes of wheels 100mm something you would get on a razor and such 110mm just means they are bigger not wider
