fuzion is the best scooter for under 200. the only downside is the design of the bars. compared to other scooters in its price range it has sealed headset,ics, threadless forks and a flex fender. get a fuzion+grips+griptape then go shread.

Get a rup and change grips, griptape, and maybe wheels if you can right away. Next thing after that would be a headset and then upgrade as you brake shit or feel like its time to.

RAZOR ultra pro was my first scoot I loved it! Get one
