The problem with lolcats and motivational posters is that there were 5 or so funny ones and 13 quadrillion horrible ones made in the aftermath.
However I have to admit that every six months or so I come across one of these "meme" images that makes me laugh out loud.

2. You look at it six weeks later, and it still makes you laugh.
