Instaling a Blade brake

I did try searching but I couldent find anything

Anyway so I have got my hands on a blade/madd brake and tryed to install it but failed, Im assuming I need to grind it down for it to be possible for instalation... Is this correct? I just want to make sure before I go do anything that I shouldent...

Grinding is usaly nessacary..umm it takes like 3465645763456 years to do..but fucking owns once is on.. u will need at least 2 people...and about 10 years of patience..very very time consuming, just keep trying..!
