integrated headset problem on a phoenix. HELP

I got myself banned.
hey guys, so i bought an fsa impact headset from scooterzone for my integrated phoenix 4.0 right... and the bearings wont go into the bearing cups. the bearing cups are too small or something. i dont know if they gave me the wrogn size bearings or something, but the bearings wont go in, i need help fast please... fsa impact headset, older phoenix integrated with the p cut out.

i had the same problem with my flight deck but mine was because of the powdercoat. Just gently file around the head set cup until you can get the bearings in. Takes a bit of time but it should solve the problem. Also use a round file if you have one.

the bearings are universal. i tried both anyways....
hmmmm, ill try filing around it i guess, but i dont know why is shouldnt work, the previous owner used the deck, no filing....

just file the inside a little bit the paint will have been too thick, or you could put a plank of wood flat on it and force it in with a hammer, the plank of wood distributes the impact and doesnt ruin the headset, i'd just forcce it inn

i forced it in, but lets say i get a new deck, how do i get it out LOL

Bang it out with a screwdriver handle. put the handle along the bearing and hit the flathead with a hammer
