Well yeah obviously TSI overprises everything besides their flexfender brakes they say it cost them that much to make it but really, it only cost them like $30.00 or something around there and they need more testing because they are probably breaking lol

They are not a Chinese, mass production factory. They may be pricey but the individual attention given to each deck and the machining/welding involved make the price higher.

just i question why dont one of these companys make a cup u put in that makes your head tube intgrated? like intigrated cups it wouldent be that hard and then u could run integrated head sets

Because then it would no longer be "integrated". It's no better unless the bearing cups are integrated into the headtube.
