Internet problems!

Okk so i hve a wireless router. Buuuuuuuuuut for some unknown reason my account cant connect to the internet. On the same computer my moms internet is working fine on a different account and my PS3 and ipod pick up the wifi. It seems like ive tried everything and just wanted to kno if anybody knows wat to do.

what OS are you running? If you have windows 7 run the troubleshooter. It's fucking amazing the problems it can pick up. Otherwise, press the reset button on your router (if it has one) then disconnect it from the power for AT LEAST a minute. Then plug it in and try it again. Hope that helps
