inward bars are 18.5 high with scs and 16.5 wide. used for less than a month. paint job is chipped in some places on the bars. cane creek s3 is only the top cup, cap, spaces and bearings (everything needed for top cup). no botom cup included. my dumbass friend got this and tryed to put it in. there is a few kinks and scratches from instalation but every other part of the headset is unused. looking for $ or trades
