inward fork problem and wheel problem

fork problem: when i try to tighten my wheel it like get so tight that it barley spins and i cant fit any spacers or anything cuz there is some sort of spacer welded in and if i dont tighen it hard it comes loose and wobbles

Wheel problem: when i ride besides the fact i have deathclick on my back wheel i have a rattling noise in my wheel im almost sure its cuz my spacer is wobbling indide the wheel is this possible and how can i fix it

filing wont help. I have forks similar to the inward ones. I went down to my local hardware and bought 5/16 spaces with a really small diameter. Smaller than the bearing itself.

yeah have to make sure u have spacers in your wheels, its not the fork trust me. either you dont have spacers in or something is wrong with ur bearings. if you do have spacers in try putting washers on your axel

As everyone said spacers in between your bearings.

However this was a minor problem for some of the first Inward forks..And some people, like myself..only when riding PROTO wheels, I had to file down the inside of my Fork a bit. That was my old fork..my new one I didnt need to file at all.

guys its when you get the fork he gives you some little washers you must put on the outside on ur axel.. i just used one.. if u want i can take pics

my axle is as tight as can get but im uing a bolt for the back since i have reinforcments ...
cory i cant but in spacers because there is absolutly no room im thinking file it dow and put spacers in

I think he meant to take your wheel off and make sure you have a spacer between each bearing inside the wheel. I dont think the inward fork requires spacers on the outside of the wheel i think the legs have built in spacers...
