Inward Fork.

This happened to my original SR fork. It ended up that the axle holes had stretched out a little bit, allowing the axle to nudge diagonally. Once I hit the wheel on the side, it would stop, but If I landed a little bit on the side, it'd rub again. If this is the case, CRANK your axles down so they don't move.

The fork comes with instructions to put only one washer on the side where you put the short bolt in the axle. The long side of the axle should go through both fork legs and have NO washer.

did you put the fork in the oven for 5 minutes and rub your wheel with "I cant believe its not butter?"
