NEITHER ARE BETTER. It's all about PREFERENCE, however 0 offset makes tricks easier because the fork is directly under the headtube.
EXTREMES are like stock, not under the headtube, people prefer it because they're used to stock anyway. Or have qualms about going to 0 offset.
