Is my mgp deck cracked or it is justt retartedly welded?

i open up my mgp on thursday nightt..and see thiss weird thing in between my headtube and the goose neck thing.. at first i thought it was a unpainted area or some random welding... as i ask more people abt it,,,theyy kept on saying it is a crackk. sooo now iam asking you guyss.. please help mee

Looks like a crack to me but I don't own an MGP so I wouldn't be too sure

Man, just ride the deck.
If you really feel that chat about the deck, look at nickeh's post and do what it sais.
There is nothing wrong with your deck performance wise, just chat powdercoating.
