OK I have $11 dollars at the moment. Where is the cheapest cane creek headset. (BTW i am running threaded forks) Post a link please.
I got mine off of ebay for 25. The grease that came in it was shit though, but all I had to do was chuck the bearings in kerosene for a bit and clean out the cups, then put some better lube in it.
EDIT: About your thread on forks, if your going to be getting new forks you may aswell get a threadless one right now, instead of a threaded one. I've been running a threadless headset on a threaded fork for a while now and Imo it works better than threaded
