i was wondering if there are any j-body owners on here?

and to any people who doesn't know what a j-body is.....J-platform vehicles.
the Chevrolet Cavalier, Pontiac Sunfire, Sunbird and J2000, Olds Firenza,
Buick SkyHawk and Cadillac Cimarron.

wow so funny i post a thread about my car and i get a bunch of this brand or die's

out of the options posted i only agree with the person who hated on my car due to the fact ive ridden in a true type R integra both turbo and N/A and it owns all the other options posted

but i have a small thing for Nissan-Sentra's (SE-R's)

anyway if you hate my car fine

then post your actual car fools

never turbo a type-r you wanna turbo an LS motor. it has better compression and can handle the boost alot better and power. And its all about handling, anyone can drive in a straight line, if you can keep up your speed and no your cars full potential through corners you shouldnt put money in it

Oh and I noticed on your cardomain that you "made the switch to green coolant and drained out the dexcool". Hopefully you didn't put Peak in it, that is the worst stuff in the world.
And how did it cost you $700 to replace your fuel pump? they are $300 tops for your car and simple to switch out.

Picture is like a year old. Car is a POS. Audio is bangin though. Shit is tinted out. Got in a fender bender in August, smashed the front driver side a lil bit, fixed it but im not gonna pass inspection. Time for something new in June, hopefully a Maxima or 300zx

also yes you are correct which is why the type R went from n/a (FUN)
to turbo (DRAG) and then rebuilt the engine with some slightly larger pistons
from Honda so it went back to N/A , its a little quicker but the LS
fifth gear was installed for better mileage so its a little slower once you hit fifth

(ADNpro) i only use prestone coolant no issues...yet
but the fuel pump its self cost 384$
the installation was the extra... now if i had an external pump i would have done it in my driveway, now i have an internal pump which requires lifting the car and dropping the gas tank not to mention shutting down the fuel system which i know how to do but i do not have the ''lift power'' to get the car off the ground high enough to do that part and i have no experience in dropping tanks, so i just payed a shop to do it

what are you talking about!? a type-r motor is a B18C and the US type-r motor is a B18C5 all 1.8 litres have same sized pistons just different compression and the ls of course isnt vtec and the gsr and type r is. the only difference between the gsr motor and type r is the compression, the cams are a lil bigger in the typer, the intake manifold and throttle body, and the headers. honda never has had a turboed car ever come stock.

i never once said it came stock with a turbo,
and i never said it was built with parts from an other stock engine.

i was basically saying the engine was bored, a little during
the rebuild and got larger pistons from from japan without sounding retarded

also note how i said

'ls fifth gear', referring to the transmissions final drive ratio

if there is something i missed please point it out
