Jason Beggs Scooter?

Issue #1..... paint is not powder coat.

Issue #2..... no body shop is going to whip out a painted scooter for $20. That's ridiculous.

Issue #3..... powder coat for bars, deck and fork in 2 different colors would more than likely be around $75 from a smaller shop if you brought in raw parts that don't need to be blasted. Powder coat is far, far more durable than paint and will last much longer.

how long your paint lasts really shouldnt be this important anyway. you can buy spray paint and paint over it when you need too, powder coat isnt worth the money.

Well some people like to get quality parts, some people don't give a crap and just hack together their parts. Don't diss on people just because they want something better quality.

I swear to God you never have ANYTHING nice to say. Ever.

I am sorry you feel that way.
But really, if I said basically anything positive about it, I would be lying haha.
Most of my posts are just serious comments, that's probably why they come of as not nice. I just don't usually post any of my emotions on here.

We both know paint doesn't make it stronger so don't play dumb and suggest it does. Why that scooter costs more is because it is customized in a special color scheme to match a professional rider they sponsor. You are getting 1 out of only a few made, and in a cool color combo that's professionally done. That is why it is more money and there is NOTHING wrong with this.

If they want to sell it for $225...why do you care? Bike companies, skate companies, moto companies etc. do this all the time. Absolutely, positively ZERO wrong with that. To get butthurt just makes you sound jealous so how about just growing up a little and not worry about how one company decides to market a product that you don't ever intend to buy?

No ones butt hurt first of all, second of all, it's a rip off. Jason beggs is a beast, but he isnt a god, or a celebrity. and even if he was a celebrity, why would you waste money just for a paint job and a signature? If this was a completely decked out custom complete that is worth well over 500 dollars to begin with, i can see adding another hundred bucks just for the novelty of it, but they're literally more than doubling the price of a cheap low end scooter for paint, some crappy wheels, and a signature. Maybe im just too rational, but theres no way to justify this.

And did you really think i was honestly suggesting the paint adds strength to play dumb? It's called sarcasm dude.

We all have buddies who will do a favor. But you can't just walk into a body shop and expect them to paint it for free. Duh.

Because to some people that's pretty darn cool. Maybe a little 8 year old saw him out riding and was just amazed, followed all his videos online and then one day, walked in and saw one of those for sale. He'd freak and want one!

Let him buy it.

ZOMG forrealz?
Why can't he sign the kids scooter for free? and why does the scooter have to be well over double the price? i don't like when companies take advantage of people who don't know any better.
