jd bugs on ebay

has anyone seen the jd bug stunt series scooters on ebay? are thet real jd's? are they any good? I know they are cheap but am l poor and my daughter wants a useable scooter, pref one that doesent fall over woodlice & sound like a bag of old nails, also can anyone recomend other CHEAP scooters that are good for beginers, needed for a-b use, prob not for stunts & triks.
