Look up in your phone book for a metal supply company. Just take your fork there and look through there stuff till you find something that is really tight. If it is a little too big, then you can sand it down and it wont take too long.

Get something that you need to hammer in because of how tight it is. Don't get something too small that you need to wrap in duct tape or something
