Joey Wallace hasn't shipped my stuff in 4 weeks

Hey guys, me and Joey Wallace were supposed to trade my ultra pro forks for his snapped ultra pro deck. I shipped the day we agreed, but it's been over 4 weeks and he still hasn't shipped it. He always tectes back saying he doesn't have a ride or a box, but ups is 1 mile away. What should I do about this?
