Just "one of those days" days (The good kind)

Sortova useless post but I got nobody else to tell so I'm posting it :D

Today I wake up, my knee is feeling good enough to ride so I finally put my shoes on, grabbed my scooter and go outside...

The weather was a cool 73 degrees and it was such a clear day, not a cloud in the sky. Perfect.

I dropped down my scooter and hit my quarterpipe a few times, nothing big just wanted to get warmed up. I did this about 5 or 6 times then started doing Airs and tucks. Slowly I gained my confidence back up (mind you I havn't been able to ride in about a week due to my knee).

Decided to do a couple barspins. Bam, dialed it perfectly first try. Did a couple more barspins. Landed every one of them. Then I practiced them Ally-Oop style. Landed maybe 8 Ally-Oop Barspins in a row.

I decided it was time to take my "ghetto ramp" appart and make something more creative.
Now it's a kicker to a huge ledge about the size of a large desk. I'll go take some pictures of it later.
Anyways I hit it a few times, I didn't feel comfortable on it because it was about 5 foot cap between the kicker and the ledge so I moved it closer and hit it a few more times.

This time it pulled a tailwhip to feeble no problem and 360'd down off flawlessly.

I decided to try something else so I tried a 180 Barspin to fakie on the ledge then 180 tailwhip off. I pulled it first try (this was the first time I ever 180 Barspin fakied any gap, let alone onto a box ledge. Not to even mention the 180 tailwhip down it.)

Since I was doing such a good sesh I decided to try a trick that couldn't stick before that I've been trying for a while now, Barspin mannys. Sure enough I landed it on my second try. I felt so confident doing it I decided to add to the combo and did a Barspin to manual to Double Tailwhip out. And landed it within a few tries

After learning Barspin mannys I decided to try it on one of the curbs I practice on near my house, sure enough I landed a barspin to manual on that and again added to the combo. Landing a Barspin Manual to 180 Fakie feeble grind down the ledge.

All and all, I landed "everything" I wanted to do today, it was just "one of those days" ...

One of those days, i made a real leap. In late october. Wednesday, bike day at PÃ?Æ?Ã?â??Ã?â? Ã¢â?¬â?¢Ã?Æ?ââ?¬Å¡Ã?â??Ã?¤ssa indoor skatepark.

I had only done single whips over all the flyboxes i've ridden. So that day i decided to do a double whip over the box.
First try landed.
Then i was like talking to Erti and "meh, let's try a fingerwhip too".
First try landed and i was like wtf.
"How about a dub-finger?" asks Erti.
After a few trys, i grabbed my camera and gave it to someone. On 4th or 5th try, i landed it.
And in the end of the day, i finally landed a 360 over the box. Only way was to land it clean so i did.

So that was one of those days where the massive progress on flybox has started up to today when i can now do sometimes land opposite whip rewinds, whip-to-whips and bar to whips after a few trys. And 360s over the box are locked, and i'm pretty damn happy.

Um I've never had one of those days. Lucky kids.
same. I wish I progressed in leaps like that, for me it's just slow but steady progression; I don't just suddenly land a bunch of random shit all at once...

yeah it sucks. I don't really ride with anybody either and I've never been to a park (yet), so I think that plays a part in it.

a long while back i was just nailing all flawlessly. Did this hugeeeee 7 stair. that same day did my first double whip flat. mind you this was a long time ago.

I gues it helps having a bunch of different ramps and setups right in your front yard.
