i screwed my knees up intensely. one of them is swollen to the size of like a pear as i type this and the other has a fat gash. got the cut on a motorcycle going like 35 mph,hit a rock and flipped over teh handlebars. my other knee is fucked from trying 540 whips on my mini

i might not get to ride in cooter con 4 cause if i fall one more time my knees are gone and i wont be able to ride for a loooooong time. so yeah.

knees suck, ive broken my right kneecap, torn the meniscus and i have a shitload of scar tissue along the top and throughout.

get a nice tight kneebrace, keep heat on it should be ok

sweet john!!

ummm yea knees suck, mine hurt so much when they get touched, like i cant kneel down or anything or it hurts like shit, smae with my right hip!

Ive wasted basically a whole year of riding because of my knee injuries, that's why I suck bad now. Ive fallen onto a straight leg which made my knee kinda pop out like 2 or 3 times. I think I might have fucked up some ligament cause certain moves can give a sensetion of popping out for me, I have a knee brace though so it's ok (even though a brace + big kneepads = not comfortable) with it and I can ride.

dude you NEED to stay off it for a while. I know you probably feel like riding it more. but i had a similar problem awhile ago but with my ankle. You need to avoid hitting it or landing hard an stuff for a couple of weeks. When i rode i just practiced little things on my scoot like fakies and techy crap, which everyone knows your not into. BUT, if thats what going to heal it i'd do it.

Threads a little old but I was also diagnosed with osgoodschlatter 2 or so years ago. I've come to just live with it and expect that pain will come after riding. Not that big of a worry after a while.
