Knees hurting.

I don't really know how long a but I noticed that my knees hurt when I ride. Like when I try a tailwhip or a trick , they hurt. I think even when I just ride without doing tricks. Last time I remember having the pain , it was both knees somewhere around the top part of my knee cap or slightly higher.I read somewhere online saying that skateboarders usually will start to have weak knees because there is a lot of stress on their knees when they land tricks from high areas. Anyone had this pain with their knees?

ya i have but i started iceing my knees alout at night and i started to were knee pads when i ride now it dosent hurt anymore so u should try it

What do you mean by iceing your knees? Putting ice on it or its some other thing? I wear knee pads when I am at the park sometimes but not when I go street riding or anything.
