he called the trick gay and easy, because it is gay, and it is easy. nobody likes to see a trick like that.
Are you guys stupid? He wears pads because of all the stuff he does. Go find me a rider who is willing to do a footplant frontflip into a quarter without wearing a helmet.
I wasn't keen on him like 2 years ago but when you've rode with him you'll realise how into the sport he is (which is fine) and how stupidly good he is.
I'm pretty sure Kota has easily as many merits to flatland as Noah Risser. (They're both awesome anyway)
"I" thought I'd be able to own him on flat, and when I actually did have a flat sesh with him, I had about 3 measly tricks on him- Bar to tailwhip (which he could probably do if he wasn't riding 20.5 wide Rad crows) Whip front scooterflip (again, with the width) and Whip to fingerwhip.
He had about a dozen flat tricks on me- 360 Bri to whip, Triples and Fakie Triples EVERY shot, 720s and Whip Rewinds (which surprised me). He even matched my MacWhip hahaha (I was kinda stunned but oh well haha)
The kid is unreal.

i think you need to read over the rules again
you can easily compare this to my dislike of heel drags. all i said was that it made the trick not count and i got SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much shit for that but you straight up come out and say its GAY!?! thats just messed up in my opinion...

I want to see Kota do a day edit and stuff. He's such a dialed consistent rider that he could take an easy day, do everything he has dialed, and drop the pads/helmet. I bet the video would be good to.

He does Day edits all the time they usually just go on facebook though where there's less trolls.
his style does NOT suck!! Look at his tricks for crying out loud, the execution is 100% perfect. You guys literally hate the name of "Dakota Schuetz". If those exact same clips were under someone like Raymond Warner's name, you'd all be saying how sick they were and how much of a shredder he is.
Jesus.. he shouldn't drop the pads and helmet!!!! He's not a street rider!!!! He's taking the safety precautions required to progress in the most effective way.
Go watch Madd Gear's European Tour when it comes out, you'll be surprised to see that they ALL wear helmets...

I talked to him once and he said he has really sensitive knees and elbows and if he falls on then they will shatter or something, it happened once. That's why he walks with a limp. But idk that might just be A lie

I can't watch a kota edit without thinking about how many people he's ripped off from his website and how he's riding instead of shipping out parts that are months late. At least hire someone to do it for you if you're going to ride and let orders pile up and not even pick up the phone for the customers that gave you their money.
