soooo i ordered some shit in april, $155 worth of parts, off of Kota Sports website. since the scooter scene isnt big enough in cincinnati to have shops, online is my last resort.
i still havent got my deck, or my headset. i have been calling and emailing and leaving voice mails for 6 months with only one response to all of them, and it just asked what my invoice number was...im so pissed i cant see straight. i already filed a complaint with the BBB a while ago and they didnt get a response either, the case was closed. im not the only one that has filed a case against Kota either.
but at this point im not sure what to do. any advice???
