Laptops?

Okay guy,not sure if this was a good place to post this but my computer is really slow because everything my mom and sister have (music,pictures,videos,files,documents etc...) and it freezes almost every time I edit a video and I was planning on getting a lap top when I sell one of my bikes(if you live in canada and need a bike lemme know ) but I don't know all that much about computers and I was wondering what you guys would suggest for mainly browsing on sr but also fairly fast with quite a bit of memory(?) so I could edit lots of videos

Toshiba are quite good as they have a massive range for people who want to just browse, or people who want a full entertainment experience.

if you want fast your looking for processor speed. look for a laptop with an intel i5 or i7 processor, these are intels latest line of processors and are hella fast to say the least. if it comes down to a decision between two diffferent laptops choose the one with better ram< hardrive space, graphics chipset, etc.....

depends on what you want to do with the laptop. if video and photo editing is your thing than you could go for an apple, but only get the newer ones with intel processors.

then an apple would be fine, one thats just as fast as a pc is going to cost you more and make surrrrre that you get one with an intel processor. also mac os x lion is coming out soon so if ur planning on buying new than wait till then

that'd be good, if you can try to find something with an integrated radeon chipset.
and maaaaaybe a faster processor speed, dual core with only 2.53ghz isnt to much.

Well rounded computer, and you can play most new games on it. Its a beast man, I have one.
