LCD Screen White? Samsung SC-D353

This Happend A While Ago..

My LCD Screen is not working, it will look like this...

See But It Other Position's It Goes Black.

See, I'm not a camera wiz.. But from what I think and heard, It's the LCD Ribbon??

So anyone know the problem ( I'm sure brian boston will know :/ )
before i pay $85-150 to repair this tomarrow?

well if your viewfinder works then it might be some wires in the ribbon that are messed up otherwise then lcd wouldnt have any light coming from it. if im right then yes there are plenty of ribbon wire repair tutorials on the web.

to be sure check the manual of your cam for the troubleshooting and see whats going on or go on google and search for trouble shooting your white screen

the only other thing i could think of is that your pixels are stuck, although ive never heard of any screen where all the pixels were stuck so i doubt its that

im just gonna say google is your best bet since theres nothing more for us to go on then a "white screen"

ahaha i have that same camera
and the same thing happen to mine
if you havent had the camera for over a year
find your receit call samsung warrety 1800 number and tell them your problem and they will tell u to send it in and they will repair it or give you a new one
they fixed mine a it works fine now


and is their something wrong with your tape recorer

y not do both, i love photography and filming and biking and scootering

for some reason a lot of people think you can only do one thing at a time, i wouldnt have fun in scootering if not riding a bike and vice versa.

I got myself banned.
Get the 2nd one. 1st is a bootleg ebay lens. Stupid people scratched up the lens cap for the display picture too.

i'm doing both i'm just kinda bummed cuz i was stoked that i was getting a rebel but my first photos sucked poop cuz i didnt set anything right and i have to go in a read thr manual. but i love filming too i'm going to get a new camera next year and get a good fisheye for it.

and yes i probably get the first one becuase alot of my buddys have it and its good

Well, you should probably get the second one. That kenko is love, matt has it and its amazing for the amount of money it is.
