legacy forks rubbing on lambda 3.1, help!

I just got some tilt legacy forks and at the bottom they seem to be rubbing/grinding on the bottom of the lambda 3.1 deck, this meaning when i tighten the top cap the forks just don't move. is there anyway to get around this by getting a certain crown race or something?

I wouldn't even know since I've been running tilt headets for about 2 years now and I wouldn't have anything to compare it too
