im starting to make bars and my parents are woried about them not getting welded right and some kid gets paralized and sues us and my parents are worried aboutloosing their house and stuff so andrew and other people how did u make them without getting sued or being protected

umm just get them welded by someone who can. and have them check all the welds on the bars when theyre done so you dont end up shipping bad ones.

i will test them 8) haha

but dude, no one is gonna sue, bars break
just have like a little disclaimer on the bars like razor that you can easily peel off!

I think if you put a warning label on the bars like razor does and maybe you add one in the package when you ship them you can't get sued but just to be sure ask a lawyer about it

or before people buy them you make them sign a disclaimer saying that if the bars break and something happens its not your fault and if there under 18 make the parents sign one to
