I think if you put a warning label on the bars like razor does and maybe you add one in the package when you ship them you can't get sued but just to be sure ask a lawyer about it

If your mom is so concerned have her call a lawyer and ask.

hey i talked to my dad and he said you can get sued if the bars are welded wrong, so like you said test the bars for a couple months and talk to a lawyer and ask how can you pevent not being sued

if u put a warning saying "we are not responsible for injurys due to these bars broken, if u can tell the weld is bad wen u receive these bars please return them to get a better welded pair but if u do not then its not our fault and always check for cracks in the welds everytime u ride" i dont think u could be sued cuz u could just say we warned u

You could do both, just in case. And maybe get the welds professionaly inspected before selling them.

im starting to make bars and my parents are woried about them not getting welded right and some kid gets paralized and sues us and my parents are worried aboutloosing their house and stuff so andrew and other people how did u make them without getting sued or being protected

Bro their is no way your going to get sued, if your parents are THAT worried, then put a warning label on them or a piece of paper with each set of bars you sell, stating that you are not responsible for injury and saying its a dangerous sport and wear pads and all that shit... I'll test a pair if you want since I live in the area and I ride p town all the time
