Legit Sony Vegas?

Its called Sony Vegas Studio HD. Is this a good vegas program to get? I don't want to spend $129 on an editing program but is this one good?

that means no talking about it, the guys asking if the programme hes linked is legit, so why not tell him?
as for me Ive never used the programme and im on a mac so i cant download a free trial if there is one, so id suggest (if there is a trial version) downloading that for free (legaly) and seeing if you like it or not.
