Lens Filters and on camera video lighting

I've been trying to find some cheap, but efficient and good on camera video lights mounted via the camera shoe. I'm looking for one under 75 dollars and has a universal shoe that is not plastic, but only a metal mount.

also, i'm not sure on what lens filters are neccesarry for filming scooter videos and such, but i was looking into getting a uv filter, a nd 0.6 filter, and a fld. it all comes in the kit im getting. is that good for scooter needs, or should i get a polarizer too?

What kind of camera do you have?

Bescor lights are bangin. UV filter could be handy. Don't see a point in getting a ND filter unless your camera has full manual settings, but if it does it probably has ND built it so... but if you have a little poop camera i wouldn't spent a dime on any of this stuff personally.

i have a jvc gz hd3 full high def camcorder. it is discontinued but is a good cam for sure. (cost me about $500)and the filters come in a kit so im just gonna get it. its only about 30 bucks. and ill check out the lights and see if i find any.

also its a pretty good cam, i film all my videos with it now and im also getting a better fisheye, but i already decided on what im getting. thanks alot man, ill let you know how things work out

edit: all this is def worth the money because ive been using this cam since christmas and has exceeded my expectations, and more. its def worth buying these things for. it hasnt had one problem yet and this is gonna be the only cam i need for the rest of my scooting career as long as it doesnt break.
