well my dad might get me a canon gl1 used for like 1000 and any lens i want so can fit a baby death or a death lens on it? let me know fast!

GL1's are nasty, i wouldn't waste money on it. You need a GL1 bayonet mount death lens. You could put a screw on death on there but you get blurry vignetting and if the lens ever gets hit its going to fly off your camera and take the front end with it. The lens is going to run you $700-$800 unless you find a deal getting it used.
If you can talk your dad into it get a used vx2100 or vx2000 for $1500ish. GL1s are really not worth the money.

Yeah i tolded him that the gl1 was discontiuned and he was like oh nvm, then i told him you can get the gl2 brand new for like a 100 bucks more but i much would rather want a vx

BH Photo is the best place to buy a camera hands down, unless you find the camera cheaper on ebay from a seller with multiple sells and 95%-100% feedback

dont get a baby death lens for a gl1 or gl2
its terrible with the special adapter ring it makes like a complete circle of vig and its ridiculous
