lifting weights and scootering

has anyone lifted weights and as your doing it, your bones are hurting?
its gay, i was working out last night and my bones in my arms were huting (i was doing curls, about 40lbs) and i got up and got on my scooter and it hurt sooo bad i couldnt even do a duble whip flat i was bummed, and i tried taking calcium pills and drinking milk, is not helping. any thoughts?

i bet you didn't stretch before or after you worked out, and if not that's why it hurts. it wasn't bones, it was muscles tensing because you never stretched. start stretching more, that's the only way to fix it.

only when i scooter right after i work out.
But working out helps me jump higher and whip, all that stuff

actually, your body is ready for muscular improvement at age 6 because your bones are done forming their shape. and its most likely not your bones unless it's your wrist, probably your joints, so yeah do some stretching.

do a lighter weight then you normally would, but more reps of it
 
well if you scooter allot like 5 days a week then u shuld not be lifting cuz i never lift or any thing i just scooter allot and im pretty buff for not ever workin out so scootin and liftin is 2 much for your body 2 take .

No, you definetely should do less heavy reps. But you should also mix it up with more lighter reps and different workouts. And make sure to train everything and not just one or two muscle groups. The idea behind lifting weights is being proportionate.
