Hi All,


After a long wait we have finally set a date for the opening of the indoor skate park. It will be on Sat 29th May.

We will have a ribbon cutting ceremony around 10am with some official present.

We are running a few small comps through out the day. Open and U/16 in Skate, BMX and Scooter. Limited places, 20 per comp. Comps start at 1pm and sign up is at 12pm.

We are going to have a basic set up for the first month or so, then we will be building a completely fresh set up.

The site, it has session times, info, and waiver downloads.
The waiver only has to be handed in the first time you ride there.

it called The Shed 2 so i think it will be like the old shed but with better stuff. they might
re-use some stuff like the foam pit, the half pipe and probably the other ramps but it better have a foam pit and resi otherwise i'm gonna hurt someone. I got told that the shed 1 sold some of the ramps to rampfest

First of all, the shed 2 is built by completely different people, and i doubt they re-used stuff because the old shed was knocked down in late 2007 (and the ramps were already over a decade old)>. But they could of.

There was lots of rumors about the old shed, like that it got bought by a BMX company and the whole place was rotting and shit like that, i wouldnt believe any of these rumors.

The release on the website states:
To celebrate our involvement at The Shed we are having a celebration day on Saturday 29th December 2007, which will be our last day of operation.

Notice "our" is underlined?

last saturday i got to ride it theres a mini ramp and a few other quarters 6FT being the biggest a small kinda roll in. the mini ramp sounds like its cracking alreay but i am sure it wont

zane what time are you going to be at lillydale?

Yeah my bad place isnt called the shed 2, its called The Park.
I won the comp today, a brand new MGP scooter, a MGP shirt and some subrosa grips <3 legit.
It has an fucking awesome around 5ft miniramp, wich is to the right of the box on the very side, a collection of varied quarters and a roll in at one end, one of the quarters is around about 6-7ft and sex for airing.
To the left and in front of these quarters is a small-ish fun box with a nice rail and ledges, to the right of that in the middle is a box.
In front of funbox (the opposite end of the quarters/roll-ins) are a couple of big roll-in/banks type of things.

Hope this gives a picture in your head.
