Were can i get a lip piercing without having to be 16 or whatever the law is in melbourne. also the cheaper the better

uuh theres a couple shops at knox that do it for 40, but you gotta have your parents or an adult guardian there.
or you can not be a pussy and do it yourself, or get a mate to.
just make sure you ice it beforehand

*facepalm* easiest way of getting an infection. you have to throughely clean the needle, and when you put it throught you could possible hit a nerve or vein. leave it to the pros and pay that 20-40 just to know its good.

Trust me self piercings are really hard to get right and half clean enough to heal.
If your at Knox SC go to New Image, there probably your best bet at Knox.
Eastland, go to off ya tree. They can be more expensive, but they are the fucking bees knees man. The best.
If your buying jewelery along with the lip piercing, at a normal saloon or something your looking at $50 or $40 depending on the jewelery.
Off ya tree is probably like $60 because there jewelery is expensive.
But theres not really anywhere that will do it underage, unless they're relatives or friends.
