no slow bearings
no flat spots on wheels at all
no noise
headset cant spin slow, but it dont have to be really really fast, and it has to be no shaking

i could care less about mine, ive ridden pure crap, unless the bars are super off , that makes me mad, but anything else it dont matter, as long as the headset spins once on its own haha

also i like to have my scooter look cool, like a solid color, or a cool design / graphic.

i like stock razor head sets. i hate grips that slip, and ripped grips.

i also will scrounge around for stuff to build a crappy scooter if i have nothing else to ride, its beter than nothing.

whoever does not agree to that is weird cos why would you give up a good ride just cos ur scoot is a bit shaky... i can ridy a slightly sketchy scooter if that is all ther is..as Mr Radtke says, its better than nothin

i have to have my handles a lil to the left at exactly 21 1/2 inches. i must be one swiss or china bone barings with everything all lose and getto. grip tape atleast on one half. clamps must be turned around to the oposite side

o yea, i cant have grips that have the donut things on them for my scooter or bumps or anything on them. they have to be smooth.
