-i love when people look at me like im a retard till i do a scooter flip and they think im a genious
same here :D That amuses me all the time how people react.

i love:
- when i discover new riders in Estonia or near it
- when i discover a new rider in Estonia who could do a tailwhip !dodge
- spending a night on modding scooters
- traveling to other cool skateparks i would like to ride
- being away 120miles from home in my favorite outdoor skatepark, which is the biggest and the most ghetto (now repaired) skatepark in Estonia.
- playing Horse with Bmx riders, where i'm not allowed to do multiple whips (doubles, triples), fingerwhips and scooterflips (equals bikeflips to them).
- riding scooters
- when learning a new trick
- when i land a mysterious combo that i'll never land again in my life.
- cruising a little bit in my hometown in central city.
- summer and blue sky.

being original

amazing ppl even tho i suck

the thought of that right now Im the best rider in my country (unless there's someone hidden out there, lol) and hopefully, when the sport becomes big someday Ill be considered a legend among polish scooter riders

the fact that sport is new and small, so the scooter market isnt commercialised and thus the equipment is cheap, and the worlds best pro riders are not mainstream stars so you can simply talk to them.

it's a small world, Pete. It's so small that even one guy named Perry (male or female's name, who can tell me?) e-mailed me from razorama.com, that he/she runs the razorama dot com site and travels to Estonia on occasion, and asked how is scootering in Estonia :D

that feeling you get. you all know what i mean. the first time you landed a tailwhip to manual, or youre just flowing through a park.

the times in my life when i was most content came from scootering.

FDR at 3 in the morning, 25 degrees, empty except for 2 of my friends. i was so happy i didnt even care i couldnt feel my hands. the feeling you get flowing through such smooth concrete makes it worth it.

sitting in love park on a warm night, a whole city around you, but you feel totally isolated at the same time, i cant even explain it.

squished in a car with with terry, kc, bri, and casey and talking to terry's mum.

being 3 ft away from jesse while he's trying double flips, surrounded by the best riders in the world.

its all about the people you meet and the good times you had. ten years from now, you wont remember the tricks you landed or how many times you fell. ten years from now youll remember those moments where you were alone in a park and you couldnt be happier. youll remember standing on a deck at TIC with some random dude yelling SAMURAI SWORD FLIP. youll remember midnight at 7-11, buying some trojan magnums with scooters riders i dont need to mention. youll remember that you know people from around the world when youre friends know noone outside of your town.

scooters have changed all of our lives. i would be a completely different person if i hadnt gotten a free scooter when i was still in 7th grade. im proud of the person ive become though, and im glad i decided to keep riding some kids toy for these last 6 years.

I dont see how people can ride, and then just quit, this why,
- you meet so many people and get to ride with so many people.
- having long sessions with your real good friends
- meeting people through riding then becoming their good friend
- landing a new trick after 100 trys sketchy, and you saying, ugh it was sketch, let me clean it up.
- its a really good way to get your mind off stuff
- the adrenaline rushes
- having people film you on something youve never done, and just feeling you have to get it.
- eating really really hard crap, and then getting up and just start riding again
- its something to do if you have ntohing else to do, or just want to ride
- its plain out fun.

One more thing: when writing my previous post in this thread I was trying to think of something to write about, and it turned out that it would be easier for me to list things that i hate scootering for. I have no riders to ride with besides my brother, hardly any parks and they suck, street sucks (for example today I saw like a perfect 10 set but I went up it and I saw that the first stair is like 2 inches higher than the pavement), no riders to ride with, cant buy good equipment cause its sold too far away, cant drive a car to parks like kids in the USA, ive been riding 3 years and still suck and im a pussy cause I cant throw myself over a big gap or down the tower at my park, etc, etc. But the thing is that I STILL LOVE IT THOUGH CAUSE ITS SO AWESOME, yeah.

Actually, I would like to quote this. Sean you said what I couldnt put in words. I am extremly proud to be a part of this sport, even though ive only been riding 3 years. Its been one hell of a 3 years.

Cant really put this into words...its not possible. Its a feeling, something you can explain so easily in your head, but then when you write it down, you realize that you didnt even give it justice...not even half as much as it deserves.

One thing i can name are some of the people ive met through scootering, people that i consider to be some of my true friends..and people i feel honored to have met..some of them are.

Jason De Lorenzo
Jesse Macaluso
Brandon Kilbury
Brian Boston
Travis "needs to live in my" House
All My Aussie Bros
Emoo Bitch Ass
and last but not least...my bro Matt Andrus

Im sure i left some people out..and i feel like a dick for doing so, but maybe its cause we never talked enough or something...anyways..theres my two cents

And yeah, the best way to explin it is that it be explined in words. There are meny feelings like that. Riding just so happens to be one. I got to go to school haha shit, im gonna miss my bus.
