I locked my folding mech to day and like the fork part or the neck part does not wiggle at all but the t tube wiggles do i tighten my head sett or what?

You gotta tighten it just the right amount, so it's tight but still loose enough to turn.

tighten with ur hand until u feel it get just the littlest bit tight, then get a hammer or somem and hit ur clamp down onto the bolt so it cant loosen. (talking to self) man im a fucking genious.
