go to your local post office (usps) and ask for flat rate shipping. it might not fit in the envelope so you might need to use a box. envelope is 4.96 and box is 11. if you want a tracking number/ delivery conformation (so they cant say it wasn't sent) its in extra .65 (i think) you can also buy insurance for 1 dollar (i think) you can put anything you want in the envelope / box as long as it fits and you dont need to do anything to it to make it fit. weight doesn't matter. you can have a handful of dark matter and it can weight an infinite amount of pounds and the price will be the same. also location in the u.s. doesn't matter as long as its in the us. if its out of the usa then you need international flat rate and this is were i stop typing because my fingers are getting tired
