The fork wall is like .150'' or something i dont know but we couldn't get one in. I just need to send it to like someone that i know but i need help.

email jp and he has starnuts for the .120 forks it should be a bit easier

yo put it on the ground put a piece of wood over the starnut and and hammer away

i just bent the lil tabs on the bottom of the star nut and then just hit it in till the upper tabs (that i left normal not bent) till they were touching the fork then i took a socket that was just a lil smaller then the inner diameter of the fork tube and i also used an extension for the socket and hit the socket extension and it pushed the star nut into the fork tube about a half inch and you dun. i did it on a inward .120 wall fork

try a 1 inch star nut, and if it doesnt work then grind it down or somthing, cause i used a 1 1/8 in mine, and it didnt work very well. I took it to a bike shop and it broke their starnut tool, and it didnt do a very good job

and it was a french id fork aswell

my forks reinforced so i had problems getting mine in
i just put the bolt in the starnut and carefully hammered down so it doesnt strip
i have no problems with it now cept its a tad crooked
