its not its just missing the part where u put the allen key in idk why but it broke and now i cant take the bars or deck off unless i go to a bike shop because the rest of the bolt is still tightened and i cant lossen it i would have to drill it out an retap it and im too lazy now but ima get it fixed today prabally
