nope, im including everything you need.

And if you want to run SCS with this just put a washer or two in your knuckle then find a nut that threads on to the bolt, slide the bolt up through the fork making it pop thru the washer in your SCS and tighten the nut or even the starnut if you want to use that.

district files down one side of the allen to fit the compression bolt. Its supposed to be like that, a 5mm on one side and 3/16 on the other
