Don't be a dick to people that ask a couple legit questions, even if they bitch within them. If you want people to buy your product, they have to 'look up to you' in a sense. Basically they have to see you as a reasonable person. I could sit here for hours and give you marketing tips but I think that's something you should figure out on your own.

Another marketing tip: Don't cover up mistakes with random information that makes your company sound important and/or reasonable. State your mistake, and pitch what you'll do to solve it. If it's a minor mistake like that, then say something like "I apologize, it was unprofessional of me."
