so when you cut it can the brake still fit and all ? i have like a month old gripper and i dont think ittl fit if i cut it to 19.5

Yes, you just need to cut the dropout to a curve, like it is now. Or, just put a flexfender on it.

The wheel and everything fits but the brake doesn't the rubber part rubs on the wheel, well at least mine did, So I put on a flexy.
