try oiling the heck out of them with 3in1 and wear them in

if that doesnt work, remove them, then reinstall

Its a lubricant that works really well with bearings. You can find it at just about any hardware store for like 3-5 dollars a bottle.

Just make sure they're in straight. How did you put them in? If you bashed them in with a hammer that's probably your problem.
