locked pro model foldy

I got a pro model 2 day for crimbo. And i locked the foldy , could u post some flicks of your PRO MODEL locked foldys so i know if i did it right. And when i tighten the biggest bolt for the lever it creeks, i think its the metal tightening to the metal or the allen bolts under the wheel thats been pressed on.

washers on bolted folding mechs look ugly and there is no need for them

yes there is u idiot.....they keep the bolts from damagin and digging into the mech, they look nice if you get chrome ones, they stop your bolt from loosining (sometimes), and yea they definately have a need

im using a back axle for 1 of mine and i have a bearing on each side. and it still digs into my mech

While it's up, just going to make a comment. I think bolt lengths should be 3 inches, I could barely fit one lock washer on with 2 1/2. Mines still solid as cement though, even without washers.
