Well i was thinking does anyone know of long term damage that could be possably done? I ride with my bars low all the time and get sore backs and my ankle is pretty much allways hurting plus i usally pull my leg musses. I dunno if theres any long term damage but im kinda worried. Has anyone whos been rideing like Day in day out for the past 4 years get any signs or what-not?.

Yeah, I dont like the way it tooks and I tryd riding them that low and I couldnt jump as high as before. Like something was holding me down. There no way I could double flat like that. I ride my bars fairly high. 21in from the headset. Im 5'5. Some people say that looks ugly too. Its all what you like. I find, with the bars low, it looks out of place when you ride it.
