You can only do lookbacks by spinning frontside... when you do one while spinning b/s it's called a turndown..AJ Storcella said:i kno right... i can almost get them... but my way i do them are going f/s if you spin the other way.. its much easier
I thought lookbacks are when the deck is horizontal, and turndowns are when the deck is vertical? They are basically the same trick, just at different angles.Dre said:You can only do lookbacks by spinning frontside... when you do one while spinning b/s it's called a turndown..AJ Storcella said:i kno right... i can almost get them... but my way i do them are going f/s if you spin the other way.. its much easier

1.go up the ramp.
2.do a lookback (Kick the deck out, keep your legs straight, and turn the bars).
3.land smooth.
take that advice and you will be set.
What if you're not spinning?Nate Grant said:no, its about which way you're spinning

You can only lookback in a frontside air, you can do opposite lookbacks in a backside air, and you cannot like lookback over a box, you can however lookback a hip if you are spinning frontside. Turndowns can only be done in a backside air, and CAN be done over boxes and such. In spins like 360s, you must spin frontside to be able to do a lookback.
