One piece bars-

Axles-
Clamps-
Brake-

Or
A decent scooter for under £250

and be prepared to buy new wheels, bars, forks in weeks if you do

or you can get a tsi complete for a bit more, but the cheapest one comes with yak scats which is the only downside
