Looking for bars and forks,

I'm new into scootering, and my friend has an old Pro model he is giving me. but his forks are bent and the bars were cut and they are to short for me.

I'm 6 foot, 140 pds.
What should I get?
Threaded? threadless?
i was looking at other forums and I don't under stand a lot. lol

but hes 100 pds, and he bent forks, thats all im really worried about. lol. I found an old scooter for 5 bucks I'm going to snag tomorrow.

he probably road it like a retard, you don't know how its going to turn out when you ride it. Theres nothing to worry about if the fork is free/dirt cheap and it bends. You just get another one

Okay man, and just in the near future if I stay into this, how wide do you make bars? and height?

probably for your height, I would go 22 inch high, and probably go for something like the width of your shoulders for width.
